Inspired by a quote from Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now — “When we lose contact with the inner body, we lose contact with Being” — we look at how disconnection shows up in daily life, in the nervous system, and in the way we experience ourselves.

After that we explore what happens when attention returns to the body — and why this is the true starting point of inner training.
