The Internal Foundation
You’ve Been Looking For

The internal arts are very powerful. Whether you practice Chi Kung, Tai Chi, other Internal Martial Arts, or are drawn to spiritual alchemical practices like Nei Kung or Hermetics—through exploring the internal arts, you have the potential to transform yourself beyond belief.

Because the internal arts do not skip anything in their approach, they allow you to reconnect with all aspects of your being. This gives you the opportunity to fully understand, heal, and master yourself—and live a life of alignment and meaning.

However, the internal arts can also seem very complex and abstract. It’s very easy to get overwhelmed by the vastness of the material and get lost if you can’t clearly see the route.

Where do you start? How do you connect the dots to see the bigger picture? Besides this, there seems to be a missing link in a lot of what is offered out there—it’s just not internal.

This is why we created the Chi Skills Private Mentoring Program—to address these challenges and provide a clear framework, a step-by-step pathway for your internal journey.

Instead of overwhelming you with endless material, this program distills the practice into core internal principles, essential building blocks, and carefully handpicked exercises that we know make the difference. By mastering these key practices, you’ll lay a solid foundation for lifelong growth in any internal art and your personal development.

Whether you practice Chi Kung, Tai Chi, Nei Kung—or are seeking an essential entry point for Hermetics training—this program is designed to support and enhance your path.

I was looking for something that went beyond martial arts.

I wanted a teaching I could live and embody, not another technique to learn.

I also carried a deeper question: how to align internally as a whole person, not only in body or energy, but in the way I move through life.

— Laura  (Germany)

"How do I make the abstract concept of ‘Qi’ understandable and applicable within healthcare? What exactly is ‘Qi’ within a human being?

As a therapist and student of Chinese medicine, I have long sought for a practical answer to these questions."

— Jeffrey Paardekooper
(Occupational Therapist / Acupuncturist)

Private Mentoring

Everyone comes into internal training with a different background, a different level of experience, and a different reason for being here. What someone needs depends on where they are in the process and what they are trying to understand or develop at this moment.

Private mentoring allows us to start exactly there — not at the beginning of a system, but at your current level of experience. This makes it possible to work at the right pace, focus on what is relevant now, and relate the training directly to your own questions and daily life. The framework stays the same, but it becomes a reference that supports your process instead of something you have to adapt to.

In practice this means internal experience becomes recognizable sooner, questions can be addressed directly, and training starts to live instead of remaining abstract.

“I use the skills almost on a daily basis: to prepare for demanding meetings, to stay grounded, or just as a form of relaxation.

Armand has the rare gift to make these ancient practices accessible and useful in modern life."

— Annette van Berge Henegouwen (Netherlands)

A six-month time frame

Internal development does not unfold in a single session. It takes time to build experience, recognize patterns, and let the training settle into daily life. That is why we work in a six-month mentoring format rather than isolated lessons.

A six-month time frame creates continuity. Insights can be tested, adjusted, and integrated between sessions, leading to a stable internal reference rather than temporary experiences.

For some, this period is sufficient to continue independently. Others choose to extend as new layers open through the work.

"Armand’s guidance, the depth of our conversations and the way he points me back to cultivating stillness have been profound. From that stillness, answers start to arise on their own.

This journey is changing not only how I train and live, but who I am becoming – and I’m genuinely curious and excited to see where it will lead.”

Mark van Aalst (Netherlands)

"This program elevated not only my training, but my life as a whole.

I rediscovered old dreams, new direction, and a profound calling to share Qigong more widely as a source of preventive health."

Roger Mooijman (Netherlands)
